My client, a leader in the food production industry, is hiring a Head of Engineering. Reporting directly to the Director of Manufacturing, they will be tasked with running all engineering functions across their business.
Responsibilities
- Driving lean and continuous improvement initiatives
- Developing and leading the Engineering strategy
- Support the Head of Technical on group initiatives and ensure there are best practice methodologies in place
- Responsible and fully accountable for all day to day, week to week engineering KPI, targets and plans
Required experience
- Previous experience in a senior management engineering role
- Minimum 3 years experience in live food operations sector
- Relevant third level qualification
This role is fully on site and will be based from my clients North Eastern office.
