Group Artwork Co-Ordinator

Job Title: Group Artwork Co-ordinator – Interim Maternity Cover

Location: Longford

As a key player in the Group R&D Team, you will be responsible for ensuring all customer artworks are completed with precision and efficiency, meeting project and customer deadlines. This role is essential for maintaining the high standards of our artwork processes and involves collaborating with a variety of stakeholders both inside and outside the company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Artwork Management: Take full ownership of artwork workflows, coordinating with customers, design teams, and printers to resolve technical queries.
  • Project Coordination: Ensure timely progression of artwork changes, from initial briefing to file delivery at printers. Manage approvals and escalate issues as needed.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Coordinate the artwork process with internal teams and external partners, including artwork houses and printers.
  • Compliance: Develop packaging in line with legislation, codes of practice, and customer requirements.
  • Continuous Improvement: Enhance your packaging knowledge and participate in print runs and artwork meetings.
  • Reporting: Prepare weekly reports and participate in customer and technical audits.

Performance Metrics:

  • Meeting deadlines on key projects
  • Successful artwork reviews and signoffs with customers
  • Effective management of packaging switches

Skills and Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of customer-facing experience in project management, coordination, or inspection, ideally in print or design
  • Background in Art & Design or Food Science is advantageous
  • Experience in artwork, packaging, or printing is desirable
  • Knowledge of pet food legislation is a plus
  • Strong communication skills, both oral and written
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Logical and investigative mindset
