Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare the Group’s annual, interim, and quarterly financial statements, ensuring compliance with IFRS.
  • Drive process improvements within the Group consolidation system and ensure data quality.
  • Manage month-end reporting and the close process, adhering to timelines.
  • Liaise with management reporting and Group teams to ensure comprehensive and accurate reporting.
  • Collaborate with Group companies on reporting, accounting, and chart of accounts.
  • Conduct periodic reviews to ensure compliance with finance policies and procedures.
  • Prepare audit files and assist in managing the audit process.
  • Review and enhance internal controls in collaboration with process integration teams.
  • Participate in relevant project work, such as acquisitions.

 

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Recently Qualified Accountant, ideally trained in a Big 4 / Top 10 practise with experience auditing large companies in a similar sector.
  • Exposure to preparation / review of consolidated financial statements under IFRS.
