What You Bring:
- A Bachelor’s Degree (Level 8) in a relevant discipline (a Master’s degree is an advantage)
- 1-2 years of relevant experience is a bonus but not essential—training will be provided
- A proactive, self-motivated attitude with a passion for learning
- Strong communication and report-writing skills
- Familiarity with Irish Fire Safety Legislation is advantageous
- On-site experience is helpful but not required
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Confidence in engaging with clients, contractors, local authorities, and design teams
- A full, clean driver’s license is desirable
What You’ll Do:
- Assist in preparing Fire Safety Certificate applications
- Contribute to fire risk assessments and safety audits for various building types
- Prepare detailed documentation, including reports, presentations, and drawings
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and liaise with stakeholders, including local authorities
- Develop a thorough understanding of fire safety legislation and its application
