Position: Financial Controller
Location: Dublin 15
Salary: 90 -110 k plus bonus
Hybrid working available – 2-3 days in office
About the Role
Reporting directly to senior leadership, this is a high-impact, hands-on role for a senior finance professional ready to take ownership of financial operations, lead a talented team, and influence strategic decision-making. You’ll bring fresh thinking, challenge the status quo, and help shape the finance function across international operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead all core accounting functions, including monthly close, management reporting, balance sheet oversight, and tax compliance
- Deliver accurate, timely financial insights and strategic recommendations to senior leadership
- Streamline and improve processes with a mindset of continuous improvement and efficiency
- Oversee audit processes and maintain full audit readiness
- Collaborate with finance colleagues in other jurisdictions
Is this you?
- Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA/CPA) with relevant experience at a senior finance level
- Strong technical accounting knowledge, including IFRS and Irish GAAP (US GAAP a bonus)
- A process-minded leader who thrives in dynamic, scaling environments
- Exceptional communicator with the confidence to challenge, influence, and collaborate across functions
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial business
Remuneration
- Salary 90-110k plus above market bonus
