The Company
We are working with an internationally recognised brand, and one a household name here in Ireland. They are expanding their finance team and as a result have an opportunity for a Qualified Accountant to join their team on a permanent basis.
The Position:
This is a varied role, encompassing a wide range of duties:
- Preparation of monthly financial accounts.
- Handle accounting for prepayments, accruals, supplier rebate claims, and debtors.
- Fixed asset accounting and capital expenditure tracking.
- Prepare balance sheet account reconciliations.
- Complete monthly reporting packs.
- Support statutory audits.
The company have a well run and streamlined finance team, utilising excellent systems and offering first class training for someone new to the industry.
The Person:
- Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CPA or equivalent) – this is essential. Unfortunately if you do not have a recognised accountancy qualification this is not the role for you.
- Previous experience in a large company
- Strong MS Excel and analytical skill
This is a great role for someone who is keen to get experience in a really well established and well run finance function. First class training on offer.
