This is an excellent opportunity for a Financial Accountant to join a leading global investment firm based in the heart of Dublin. The firm has offices and trading desks in major financial centres worldwide and specialises in various financial services products, additionally, it offers a comprehensive range of investment services.
You will report directly to the Financial Controller, assisting in the preparation of both internal and external reports. The role primarily involves reporting performance to senior management, statutory, and regulatory reporting.
You will join an experienced finance team, known for their flexible and supportive approach to task allocation and completion.
Responsibilities
- Preparing management accounts.
- Reconciling balance sheet items.
- Weekly cash flow forecasting.
- Preparing annual budgets.
- Conducting regulatory reporting.
- Preparing and submitting consolidated statutory returns.
- Assisting with accounts payable duties in line with company procedures.
- Participating in finance-related projects as required.
Key Requirements
- Recently qualified accountant – CIMA, ACA, ACCA.
- Experience in the financial services industry is beneficial but not essential.
- Strong analytical skills and excellent attention to detail.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Eligible to live and work in the UK.
