Finance Manager – Successful Irish SME with plans for further growth
Location: Dublin West
Salary: DOE but expected to be in region of 75-80k
Hybrid working available on completion of probation period- 1 day wfh

What will you be doing?
As Finance Manager, you’ll work closely with senior leadership, providing financial insights and strategic guidance. This is varied role, including a mix of business partnering, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and process improvement
- Acting as a trusted business partner, providing insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
- Leading the month-end close process and delivering meaningful financial analysis.
- Preparing budgets and forecasts, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
- Driving process improvements, challenging existing ways of working, and identifying efficiencies.
- Managing finance-related projects and supporting key business initiatives.
- Working collaboratively with teams to ensure strong financial control and compliance.
Is this you?
- Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CPA) with relevant post qualification experience
- Experience in a fast-paced, commercial environment
- Commercially aware, you enjoy drilling into figures
