We’re hiring an employment solicitor to join our client who is a full-service corporate law firm based in Dublin and in the business for over a decade, known for its dynamic and ambitious team of approximately 50 professionals, including partners, solicitors, and trainees.
Their Employment and Benefits Team advises domestic and international corporate clients in contentious and non-contentious issues that arise in all aspects of the employer and employee relationship.
Ideal experience:
- Solicitor with a minimum of 2 years PQE working in an Employment Team
- Advising clients on a wide range of employment law issues to include grievance and disciplinary issues, workplace disputes, contracts of employment and policies and procedures, re-organisations, transfer of employment and redundancies
- Representing clients in contentious employment law matters before the Workplace Relations Commission, Labour Court and Civil Courts

- Ability to support colleagues from other related practice areas where there is overlap with employment matters
- Pro-active thinker and problem solver
- Excellent communicator
- Can work on own initiative as well as being a strong Team player
