Employment Solicitor

An established, mid size practice are seeking to recruit an Employment Solicitor to join their growing Employment Team. This role provides direct access to the Partner and will be involved in advising both international and domestic corporate clients.
Expectations:
- Solicitor with a minimum of 2 years PQE working in an Employment Team
- Advising clients on a wide range of employment law issues to include grievance and disciplinary issues, workplace disputes, contracts of employment and policies and procedures, re-organisations, transfer of employment and redundancies
- Representing clients in contentious employment law matters before the Workplace Relations Commission, Labour Court and Civil Courts

- Ability to support colleagues from other related practice areas where there is overlap with employment matters
- Pro-active thinker and problem solver
- Excellent communicator
- Can work on own initiative as well as being a strong team player
- Possess strong technical and interpersonal skills
- Excellent attention to detail
