A well-established main building contractor in Dublin is seeking an experienced and highly organised Document Controller / Systems Administrator to join their team. Operating across a wide range of sectors—including residential, commercial, educational, retail, and healthcare—this company is known for building excellence, quality, and customer service.
Role Overview:
This role supports key business functions across operations, commercial, and site teams, ensuring efficient management of company systems, procedures, and documentation. You will oversee document control, office management, training records, health and safety documentation, fleet and subcontractor files, and tender administration. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and thrives in a busy, structured environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain company documentation systems and procedures
- Liaise with site teams, subcontractors, and internal departments to ensure document accuracy
- Support office operations, tender submissions, training and H&S records
- Ensure document compliance with internal standards and best practice
- Drive efficiencies and support the smooth running of daily business processes
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a senior administration role
- Construction industry experience desirable but not essential
- Excellent IT skills with proficiency in MS Office 365 (SharePoint, OneDrive, Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Organised, proactive, and capable of working on own initiative
- Friendly, professional manner with a focus on teamwork

- Office hours: Monday–Friday, 8am–4.30pm (Friday to 4pm)
