A leading and rapidly growing Irish insurance broker is seeking enthusiastic and motivated Customer Care Executives to join their expanding customer service team in Dublin. Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service via inbound/outbound calls, email, and written communications.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge to ensure accurate advice and guidance.
  • Meet individual and team KPIs and contribute to a positive team culture.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory guidelines and internal procedures.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently across insurance platforms.
  • Support departmental goals through cross-training and ongoing skill development.

Requirements:

  • 1+ year of customer service experience, ideally in a fast-paced call centre environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Working knowledge of personal lines insurance (preferred but not essential).
  • Good IT skills – experience with Relay, MS Excel, and insurer platforms a plus.
  • A positive, proactive attitude with the ability to multitask and work under pressure.
