Customer Care Executive

Our client is a leading insurance provider in Ireland, offering customers value and choice by searching the market for the best options available. Their Customer Care Team is dedicated to delivering high-quality service to existing customers in the most efficient manner possible. They are currently seeking motivated and customer-focused individuals to join their team as Customer Care Executives. If you have 1+ years of experience in a contact centre environment and a passion for providing outstanding customer service, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver a high standard of customer service, always ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Strive to continuously improve performance by meeting key performance indicators (KPIs) and quality measures.
  • Promote a positive team spirit and contribute to a collaborative work environment.
  • Escalate complex issues to line manager when necessary.
  • Ensure compliance with all industry regulations and internal company policies.
  • Accurately process customer transactions in line with company procedures.
  • Provide accurate and specific advice to customers in all interactions.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Commit to industry examinations with full support from the company to aid professional development.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • A minimum of 1 year of customer service experience within a fast-paced call centre.
  • Strong PC skills, including proficiency in MS Excel and insurer websites.
  • Prior knowledge of personal lines insurance is desirable.
