Contracts Manager/Project Manager
Our client is a successful flue system design manufacture and installation business, operating domestically and internationally. Due to the continued growth of their business, they wish to hire a Contracts Manager/Project Manager.
Working closely with the manufacturing and installation teams the successful candidate will help tender, design and install flue systems in a range of industrial and commercial projects throughout Ireland and occasionally on the continent.
The successful candidate will have
- An engineering qualification, and have post-qualification experience, ideally, with one of the larger General or M&E Contractors,
- A good knowledge of, and be comfortable with, steelwork fabrication and the interpretation of drawings and the output of different design packages,
- The ability to manage multiple jobs/sub-contractors and navigate the complexities of site installation,
- The understanding and ability to measure, estimate and submit quotes,
- The skills and experience to manage a small multi-disciplinary team and ensure that all pre-site preparation work is in place.
