Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls for new business and policy renewals
- Consistently meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Maintain accurate customer records and uphold compliance and quality standards
- Provide outstanding customer service and build rapport with clients
- Collaborate with colleagues to support team goals
- Stay informed on promotional offers and company updates
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience in a target-driven contact centre
- Strong communication, organisation, and time management skills
- Goal-oriented with a passion for sales and customer care
- APA qualification is a plus but not essential
