The successful candidate will be responsible for managing resources, budgets, schedules, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. This is a critical role that requires strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and oversee projects, ensuring delivery within scope, time, and budget.
- Coordinate with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to define project requirements and expectations.
- Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets, and monitor progress against targets.
- Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring proactive problem resolution.
- Manage and lead project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Maintain clear documentation, reporting, and communication with all stakeholders.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and ensure best practices are implemented.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in project management within construction, engineering, or a similar sector.
- Strong leadership, team management, and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations and compliance standards.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification is a plus.
