Aillinn heads up our Legal division. She recruits across the Legal sector both in-house and practice, from support roles through to Partner level. She has 13 years’ experience recruiting across multiple industries. Aillinn’s commitment to building long-lasting relationships with clients and candidates set her apart as a trusted advisor in the recruitment industry. She has a personal approach, providing tailored solutions that meet the unique needs of each candidate and client. She is currently studying towards her CIPD in Strategic People Management.
