Commercial Accountant – Dublin – Hybrid

Hybrid –  3 days on site

Salary – 70-75k 

This is a12 month fixed term contract – ideally you will be available to start asap and happy to commit to a contract role.

The Job:

As a Commercial Accountant, you will take a central role in managing financial operations within the supply chain division. Working closely with the commercial team, you will ensure the accuracy of agreements, pricing, and data, while also contributing to financial planning and process improvements.

Key duties include:

• Preparing and reporting monthly Profit & Loss accounts, with a focus on gross margin analysis.
• Supporting master data management, addressing AP and AR queries, and enhancing internal controls.
• Leading balance sheet reconciliations and ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Acting as a point of contact for external auditors and managing stock reconciliations.
• Overseeing and mentoring Accounts Assistants to ensure optimal performance in a fast-paced environment.

Is this you?

• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA) with 2-3 years of post-qualification experience.
• Solid experience with balance sheet reconciliations and handling large datasets.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to work independently under pressure.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills..
