What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Build relationships and deliver exceptional service for your own book of business across the Belgian market.
  • Be the trusted advisor for clients – guiding recruitment success through insight, innovation, and action.
  • Drive engagement, increase satisfaction, and generate success stories that turn clients into brand advocates.
  • Use operational data to spot opportunities, address recruitment challenges, and propose solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with sales, senior success specialists, and team leaders to exceed goals and KPIs.
  • Mentor new teammates and support broader team efforts when needed – we succeed together!

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Own account operations and recruitment success metrics (conversion rates, cost-per-hire, and volume).
  • Offer data-driven recommendations to improve campaign performance.
  • Work in close partnership with internal teams to anticipate client needs and prevent problems before they happen.
  • Share knowledge, contribute to team initiatives, and participate in strategic account planning.
  • Represent the voice of the customer across departments, helping shape the future of our platform.

What You Bring to the Table:

  • Fluency in Dutch, French, and English – written and spoken.
  • 2+ years in client service or account management.
  • A data-savvy mindset – you know how to spot trends, diagnose issues, and suggest actionable insights.
  • A proactive, collaborative attitude – you thrive in a fast-paced environment and love being part of a team.
  • Critical thinking, adaptability, and a passion for learning – you’re not afraid to lead or be challenged.
  • A customer-first approach with a strong sense of ownership and responsibility.
