We’re looking for Site Managers to join a leading name in groundworks and civil engineering. With a proven track record of delivering high-quality, large-scale projects across Ireland, they offer a dynamic and supportive environment where you can lead with confidence and grow with purpose.
You will oversee all on-site operations, ensuring that projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards, with the assistance of our Contracts Managers, Site Engineers, Quantity Surveyors, Health & Safety officers, Purchasing Department, and Administration team.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in civil works/groundworks within the residential and commercial sectors
- Proven success in managing and delivering large-scale projects
- A proactive and adaptable work ethic, with the ability to lead and motivate teams
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to make decisions under pressure
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with main contractor personnel and senior management to address and resolve issues promptly
- Manage resources and optimize efficiency
- Maintain detailed records of site activities in line with company systems
- Foster and enforce a strong safety culture on site
