What You’ll Do:
- Provide expert advice and support to customers on a diverse range of products
- Ensure shelves are fully stocked and displays are always looking their best
- Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and presentation throughout the store
- Handle payments, balance tills, and assist with the day-to-day operations
- Follow security procedures for cash and merchandise
- Participate in stocktakes and inventory management
- Keep pricing and product information up to date
What You Bring to the Team:
- Strong communication and people skills
- A passion for customer service and the agricultural industry
- Ability to multitask and work on your own initiative
- Previous experience in counter sales or retail (an advantage)
- Knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Office (preferred but not essential)
- Leaving Certificate education (Agri-related qualifications are a bonus!)
