On behalf of our client in Dublin 2, we are recruiting for an Accounts Assistant for a permanent role in a thriving and friendly organisation.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Processing of Sales invoicing
- Manage the uploading of invoices
- Credit note entries
- Dealing with invoice queries
- Withholding Tax entries
- Support to the credit control process
- Input and posting of daily bank transactions
- Support to the Bank Reconciliation process
- Monitoring & allocating emails in the accounts email inbox
- Support to the Accounts Payable function including inputting of supplier invoices
- Cover for annual leave in other finance areas
- Ad-hoc finance projects and to perform other related duties as assigned
ABOUT YOU:
- 1-2 years minimum experience in a similar role with exposure to AP/AR
- Strong interpersonal skills
- An ability to implement existing procedures in a positive manner
- Keen understanding of financial transactions, with initiative to question
- The ability to build strong relationships
