Acounting Supervisor–Insurance sector- Hybrid (2 days in office)
Salary – 75-85k plus bonus up to 20%
Location: North Dublin
Fixed Term Contract– 14 months initially with potential for permanence

This role is for you if you are looking to move from a large practice into industry OR you have worked as a Senior Accountant and are ready to make the step into a more senior position and supervise a team.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee financial reporting, syndicate ledgers, and balance sheet reconciliations.
- Identify and implement efficiencies and process improvements.
- Work with senior stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
- Strengthen financial controls and contribute to strategic initiatives.
Essential experience and qualifications
- Qualified accountant (ACCA/ACA/CIMA) with 3+ years post-qualification experience.
- Experience in non-life insurance sector
