Construction Project Manager

A growing Design & Build contractor is looking for an experienced Project Manager to join their team at their head office in Roscommon. This is an excellent opportunity for a construction professional with a solid background in residential project delivery to join a growing company known for high-quality developments and a collaborative, forward-thinking environment.

You will be responsible for overseeing all phases of residential projects, from planning through to handover—ensuring that budgets, timelines, safety, and quality standards are met or exceeded.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the delivery of multiple residential construction projects.
  • Liaise closely with site teams, clients, subcontractors, and design consultants.
  • Develop and manage detailed project programmes, procurement schedules, and reporting structures.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality and safety standards.
  • Coordinate resources and subcontractors effectively to maximise efficiency and quality.
  • Monitor progress and provide regular updates to senior management.
  • Support project handovers and closeouts, including documentation and client liaison.

Requirements:

  • 5–7 years’ experience in project management within the residential construction sector.
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering housing or apartment schemes.
  • Third-level qualification in Construction Management, Engineering, or related discipline.
  • Excellent leadership, planning, and communication skills.
  • Strong commercial awareness and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Project, Excel, and other project management tools.
