My client, a full-service Managed IT Service Provider, is hiring a Level 2 IT Support Engineer to join their Dublin team. Reporting directly to the CTO, you will be providing Bespoke IT Services to a range of clients, both remotely and on site.
Required experience:
- Minimum three years technical support experience in a professional environment
- Microsoft Office 365 and Windows experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Additional certifications such as CompTIA, CCNA etc a bonus but not essential
