Construction Manager

Location: Dublin / Leinster Region

We are currently hiring Construction Manager in Dublin and the wider Leinster region. If you have a proven track record in delivering complex construction schemes on time, on budget, and to the highest safety and quality standards, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day operations on site, ensuring smooth execution of construction activities.
  • Coordinate and supervise site staff, subcontractors, and suppliers to meet programme and cost targets.
  • Oversee all health, safety, and environmental compliance on site.
  • Monitor project progress, resolve issues, and ensure work aligns with design specifications and quality standards.
  • Liaise with the project team, clients, consultants, and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and project alignment.
  • Provide regular updates and reporting to Project Director or Contracts Manager.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum 7+ years’ experience in site/project management with a main contractor in Ireland or the UK.
  • Strong leadership, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven track record in managing subcontractors and driving site performance.
  • Excellent understanding of Irish building regulations and health & safety practices.
  • Proficient in project management software and reporting tools.
