We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Cylinder Sales Market Analystto join our client who is a leading supplier and distributor of LPG and BioLPG in Ireland, serving residential, commercial, and industrial customers. They are 80 years in the business and are multinational and the world’s largest dedicated LPG distributor. With their turnover of over €100 million, they are expanding and growing the team!
This role is critical in enhancing both sales effectiveness and operational efficiency by leveraging data analytics, stakeholder collaboration, and strategic insight.
Key Responsibilities

Conduct detailed profitability assessments across the customer base to uncover trends and improvement areas.

Partner with sales and finance to identify underperforming regions and growth opportunities.

Provide strategic pricing insights and optimize the customer portfolio.

Streamline the P Form process by identifying root causes and more efficient subsidy/credit workflows.

Lead CI initiatives within the Cylinder Transformation program.

Work with CI Leads and stakeholders to increase data transparency and support decision-making.

Identify digitalisation opportunities in the customer journey to improve satisfaction and process efficiency.

Evaluate market dynamics, competitor activity, and customer data to inform strategy.

Support cross-functional teams in developing market share growth plans.

Track and report on KPIs to measure success.

Manage the Cylinder Transformation team’s KPI reporting and PCS framework.

Align performance metrics with strategic objectives.

Lead periodic review meetings to assess performance and drive accountability.

Collaborate closely with sales teams and customers to gather field insights.

Foster collaboration across finance, sales, marketing, operations, and leadership.
Qualifications & Experience

Degree in Business, Data Analytics, or related field preferred.
