They are currently seeking motivated and customer-focused individuals to join their team as Customer Care Executives. Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver a high standard of customer service, always ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Strive to continuously improve performance by meeting key performance indicators (KPIs) and quality measures.
- Promote a positive team spirit and contribute to a collaborative work environment.
- Escalate complex issues to line manager when necessary.
- Ensure compliance with all industry regulations and internal company policies.
- Accurately process customer transactions in line with company procedures.
- Provide accurate and specific advice to customers in all interactions.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Commit to industry examinations with full support from the company to aid professional development.
Qualifications and Experience:
- A minimum of 1 year of customer service experience within a fast-paced call centre.
- Strong PC skills, including proficiency in MS Excel and insurer websites.
- Prior knowledge of personal lines insurance is desirable.
