Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and manage quality control systems (HACCP & TACCP).
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Conduct audits, inspections, and maintain quality records.
• Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions.
• Investigate quality issues, implement corrective actions, and track performance.
• Lead certification efforts (BRC, Origin Green, Global Gap).
• Manage supplier quality and conduct assessments.
• Address customer complaints and enhance satisfaction.
• Train staff in quality procedures and food safety culture.
• Monitor performance using KPIs and report to senior management.
• Oversee risk management, pest control, and product recall procedures.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Proven experience in quality management, preferably in manufacturing or food processing.
• Strong knowledge of HACCP, TACCP, and regulatory compliance.
• Experience with BRC, Origin Green, and Global Gap certifications.
• Analytical problem-solving skills and quality control expertise.
• Leadership, communication, and training capabilities.
• Proficiency in quality management software and data analysis.
