With over a decade of recruitment experience, Kristian decided to make the switch back to agency after 7 years working internal. Trading LinkedIn for Lincoln, Kristian directly scaled the Customer Success organisation across Europe at the world’s biggest recruitment platform, giving him a unique understand of internal client needs and challenges.
