Job Description:
As the Warehouse Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading a dynamic and skilled warehouse team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate an unwavering commitment to excellence, ensuring the highest level of service delivery to valued customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Apply your robust warehouse expertise and sound business acumen.
- Prior experience in pick and pack operations is essential.
- Proficiency in utilizing and implementing Warehouse Management Systems.
- Possess a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a supervisory or people management/leadership role, with a proven track record of motivating and guiding team members.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, demonstrating an aptitude for procedural development and driving change initiatives.
- Exhibit a self-directed working style, characterized by well-informed decision-making capabilities.
- Exceptional communication skills, encompassing both verbal and written proficiency, with a track record of effective stakeholder communication and relationship building.
- Strong IT literacy with exceptional computer skills.
- Exemplary planning and organizational abilities to ensure the timely implementation of processes and procedures.
- Provide hands-on supervision to staff, optimizing productivity and accuracy within the goods in/goods out function.
- Maintain the organization and tidiness of stock, ensuring appropriate stock levels, and promptly addressing shortages via purchase orders.
- Conduct annual stock takes to maintain accurate inventory records.
- Process delivery dockets from sales orders efficiently.
- Actively manage and update stock data.
- Implement new stock systems as needed.
- Meticulous attention to detail, with a proven ability to manage multiple requirements and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
