Position Title: Supply Chain Projects Manager

Role Purpose:

As the Supply Chain Projects Manager, your primary responsibility is to lead and deliver strategic projects and objectives within the Supply Chain domain. This includes digitalization initiatives, driving process efficiency improvements, and managing Warehouse Management System & ERP projects. Additionally, you will play a pivotal role in leading strategic projects aimed at enhancing performance and customer service offerings.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Lead process efficiency improvement initiatives, focusing on digitalization, warehouse management, and ERP upgrades.
  • Manage and deliver strategic Circularity projects for Supply Chain.
  • Collaborate with department managers and senior management to achieve departmental strategic and compliance goals.
  • Work closely with department leads to achieve targets for Customer Service improvement projects.
  • Ensure departmental compliance with internal and external standards.
  • Coordinate departmental budget processes in collaboration with department managers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop strategies and lead project teams to implement key business circular economy initiatives.
  • Represent the department in senior management-level site improvement projects, compliance, and change management initiatives.
  • Oversee warehouse capacity improvement projects to optimize costs and enhance customer service.
  • Drive Customer Focused Continuous Improvement initiatives to elevate customer service and site benchmark performance.
  • Lead the implementation of Warehouse Management System and integrated ERP system upgrade programs.
  • Prepare for and execute an integrated Enterprise Resource Planning system upgrade.
  • Optimize Sales & Operations Planning processes.
  • Coordinate and oversee departmental budget planning and delivery.

Dimensions:

  • Lead in delivering best practice process optimization across all areas of Supply Chain.
  • Drive the delivery of sustainability services for customers.
  • Collaborate closely with department managers and other business senior managers to ensure service delivery, compliance, and change management.

Qualifications:

  • Third-level qualification in Business, Supply Chain, or IT discipline.
  • CPIM or CSCP (Supply Chain, APICS) qualification preferred.
  • Strong communication and influencing skills.
  • Project management qualification preferred.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and/or digital tools.
  • Ambitious, initiative-taking, and enthusiastic attitude.

Experience:

  • 3 to 5 years of supply chain and/or operational management experience preferred.
  • Strong understanding of supply chain, planning, and logistics processes.
  • Knowledge of WCM or Lean Management skills desirable.
  • Strong project development capabilities.
  • Willingness to gain knowledge of innovative digitalization technologies.
