FP&A Analyst – Multinational – Recently Qualified Accountant

They are currently seeking a motivated recently Qualified Accountant to join their FP&A team as an FP&A Analyst.

They have a fast-moving business environment and need their people to be adaptable, quick-thinking, and results focused. To thrive here, you need to be innovative, able to manage multiple deadlines and love working somewhere that is constanly evolving.

The Position:

  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders to deliver annual budgets, five-year plans, and periodic forecasts for both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Provide monthly analysis on key financial metrics, P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow to prepare executive reports and Board reports.
  • Analyze, interpret, and explain variances to the budget monthly.
  • Support the acquisition program, including the integration of new acquisitions into the Group structure and budgets/forecasts.
  • Work closely with financial reporting and investor relations teams to support the external reporting cycle, including analysis and commentary for results statements and investor presentations.
  • Manage relationships with external stakeholders, including banking partners and analysts, and prepare bank covenants.
  • Collaborate with business units and subsidiaries to provide insights on key commercial decisions.
  • Understand key business levers and focus on extrapolating and understanding trends to deliver business insights.

Qualification, Experience & Skills Required

  • Ambitious, commercially minded Qualified Accountant- ACA, ACCA, or CIMA with 1-2 years post-qualification experience.
  • Ideally trained within a Big 4 / Top 10 practice OR in a similar business environment.
