My client is a well-established contractor based in the West, With vast experience in the building sector.
Past and current projects include Residential sports facilities, corporate training centers, hotels, healthcare facilities, warehouses, and industrial units.
Key Responsibilities & Duties:
Manage, mentor and coordinate both site staff and sub-contractors across a number of sites at various stages of development
Manage the design team members to ensure best value, buildable solutions whilst managing program expectations from planning stage to completion
Manage quality and customer expectations ensuring all works comply with building regulations and other relevant standards
In collaboration with other stakeholders, contribute to the creation and development of construction programs
Monthly reporting of projects including program, H&S, quality and budget.
