My Advice
Preparation is the key to an adequate job search. Before you start hunting for jobs, take some time to sort out your job goals, as these will influence how you position your experience, your cover letters, most importantly skills on your resume and on LinkedIn. If you are unsure whether your resume is properly representing your qualifications or even where to start in terms of job search, don’t be afraid to ask for help.
My Background
Malaysian by birth, raised in the UK and now living in Ireland (yes, she loves to travel). Professionally, Priya has more than 2 years' experience in IT Recruitment. It was an area that she pretty much fell into and has just been loving it ever since. "The idea of truly creating a positive impact on someone's life - being that bridge for a candidate to their new gig and a hiring manager to that great person - never gets old." She loved it so much that she packed her bags and moved to Ireland to complete Bachelor of Arts in Human Resources Management and Services at South East Technological University to strengthen her knowledge in all spectrums of the world of Human Resources. Outside of work, she is a dancer at heart - was in a hip hop dance group and won at district competition in school. She just loves her beats!
