Paul joined Lincoln recruitment in August 2021 after spending 2 and a half years working in insurance and financial services, where he qualified as a Certified Insurance Practitioner (CIP). Paul completed a Bachelor of Business studies degree (Major Risk and Insurance) in the University of Limerick. Throughout this course he also developed his Communication skills, Management skills and his Human Resources knowledge.
