My Background
Prior to this Lana was Director of Operations with Connected Health and prior to joining them was Head of Services & Operations for Comfort Keepers.
Lana has extensive experience in all aspects of healthcare management and delivery as well as extensive exposure to growth strategies, across private and public healthcare. Lana has strong operational experience including project planning, project management and delivery, with excellent strategic planning and service development ability as well as a strong understanding of governance/quality and risk management systems. Lana has an ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and has managed short medium- and long-term projects and budgets. With excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills Lana brings energy and strong interpersonal ability to all her engagements.
Lana has worked with a wide range of companies ranging from small start-ups to global institutions, across sectors that include the HSE, and has managed diverse talent acquisition, from one-off strategic hires to a large volume of project staff.
