My Advice

My Background

I began working in the recruitment industry as a Technology recruiter in 2007 following several years working as a consultant within FS and Insurance organisations. I have specialised in the Technology and Digital Recruitment space for 12+ years now working across all IT verticals and Industries. Prior to joining Lincoln I was the Commercial Director for a successful boutique recruitment firm focusing on executive search and retained Technology mandates for the global FS sector.

Over the course of my career I have successfully completed mandates for some of the most well known Technology and FS brands in the world. These mandates have been based all over the globe whether it be Ireland, London, New York, the Middle-East or Asia and have been at all levels, up to C suite.

I have joined Lincoln to build on their already successful Digital and Sales Recruitment brand. My role is to partner with Technology driven clients across all sectors seeking best in class Technology and Inside Sales professionals. The Digital Sales practice covers all roles from board level down utilising the vast experience and network we have across the division.
