The best advice I could give anyone that is seeking new career opportunities is to get a good understanding of the role you are applying for by reaching out to people that work in that field. You don’t need all the answers, you just need to know where to start. Think about where you are now and where you want to be in terms of your employment and think about what roles will help you succeed in your path to success, whatever that may be! Aoife holds a B.B.A in Business and Management (Global Experience) from the National University of Ireland, Maynooth. She spent three years working in London and Dublin with a global focused technology corporation, specialising in Human Resources and R&D before joining Lincoln.
