Systems Accountant – INSURANCE

Our client, one of the largest health insurance businesses in Ireland is looking for qualified accountant ideally from a big 4/top 10 Financial Services background with very strong technical skills.
This role will report directly to the Finance Manager.
In this role, you will be responsible for the data quality within the finance team and implementing new processes and controls to promote a more simplified, automated and controlled working environment.
You will also assist in completing quarterly and annual central bank reporting under Solvency II as well as other CBI returns.
This is a full time permanent job designed to attract a 1 – 2 years PQE qualified accountant with extended experience in excel, SQL, macros, systems etc. with an ability to improve processes and make them more automated and simplified. The exact salary will be made commensurate with experience as well as bonus and pension and excellent career progression prospects.
