We are recruiting a Site Manager on behalf of a Main Contractor within the Irish Construction sector. This is a permanent position, and you will be based on a €7 million 43-unit Apartment Development in Blanchardstown Dublin This company also specialise in Commercial, Industrial and Refurbishment projects throughout Dublin and the Northwest.
Requirements
- A trade background or construction related degree
- Good knowledge of latest building regulations and standards
- A proven track record in overseeing high-rise residential projects
- The ability to manage the workflow of subcontractors, ensuring they comply with the programme of works on site
- 5+ years of Site Management experience
