Main Duties and Responsibilities will include:

  • Resourcing Candidates
  • Develop Sustainable recruiting strategy based on goals and needs of business
  • Build talent network to find qualified candidates
  • Using multi-channel approach to recruitment
  • Lead admin on CRM system
  • Process and audit Payroll
  • Preparation of weekly reports
  • Support Manager and consultants with ad hoc duties

Educational and Experience requirements

  • Third level education, preferably in Business/HR or a related discipline
  • Previous experience in Recruitment/HR or Healthcare is desired but not essential for the role
  • Interest or desire to work in recruitment
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • High IT literacy and good working knowledge of Microsoft office
  • Experience using systems is desired but not essential
