On behalf of our client, a legal firm in Dublin City Centre, we are recruiting for a Receptionist / Legal Secretary for an immediate start
The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years reception experience and some exposure to working in a legal setting
The role will manage the reception area, manage the phones but will also assist a solicitor with typingand working closely with them
- Fast accurate typing skills with a minimum of 60wpm
- A High level of computer proficiency and familiarity with MS Office, outlook, excel and word.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Have a flexible approach to his or her work and responsibilities
- An excellent telephone manner
- The ability to prioritise work effectively and meet deadlines.
