I currently have a requirement for 3-4 experienced Quality Assessor / Compliance professional for a client of mine based in Dublin South for a 12-month FTC. This is an urgent position and I am looking to speak to anyone with a relevant background in Quality / Compliance coming from a mortgage environment.

In this position, you will be responsible for assisting the Manager in ensuring the quality of all activities undertaken by the team and for ensuring Compliance with the CBI’s CCMA, CCA, CPC and Data Protection Act’s.
Typical responsibilities will revolve around:
- Training and developing employee’s knowledge in regulation and compliance.
- Assisting the Line Manager with regards to any regulatory / compliance requirements.
- Ensure up to date knowledge of all relevant regulatory changes.
- Carry out case reviews to ensure that they are complying with the company’s internal policies and procedures and are in line with the Central Banks requirements.
You will join the team bringing at least 3 years’ experience working in a mortgage environment in either a Quality / Compliance role.
Strong and up to date knowledge of CCMA, CPC, MCC is essential, as well as knowledge of AML and GDPR.
ACOI/LCOI/APA or similar qualifications are strongly desired.
