Operations Manager

An established company within the fmcg sector are looking to recruit an Operations Manager. This is a permanent opportunity based in Kilkenny.
Role:
- Provides regular OTIF and Service level updates to Operations Director
- 3PL’S: Ensure KPI and OTIF levels are met with partner companies
- Manage a Supply Chain team
- Regular update and review of staff Training Matrix.
- Ensure staff reviews, along with regular weekly operations meetings
- Provide database reports and updates to Operations director as required
Requirements:
- 10 years Operations experience including all aspects of Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Warehousing, and Inventory Control
- Capability to multitask in a fast-paced and high-pressured environment – Problem solver
- Excellent presentation, written and verbal communication skills
- A passion for continuous improvement
- Well organized, detail oriented with strong follow-up skills
- Experience of international shipping would be advantageous
- An understanding of relational database would be advantageous
