Seeking an Office Manager / EA for a small professional organisation located in Dublin Centre.
Working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines to be met at times you will need to be dynamic, flexible and versatile.
Duties will be varied and will range from acting a central point of contact for ALL office related queries to preparing confidential business development and presentation material at short notice.
You will need to have five years in a similar role and be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office365 including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Outlook, etc
