We are recruiting for an excellent opportunity for a Legal Secretary in one of Irelands Top Law Firms located in Dublin’s City Centre. The role will see the chosen candidate support a busy time in a rewarding office environment. Salary is commensurate with experience and the position would be full-time permanent.

Responsibilities

  • Providing full general secretarial support to fee earners as well as trainees.
  • Diary management, answering calls and taking clear and precise messages, sending outlook invites for meetings and conference calls.
  • Photocopying, faxing and scanning of documents and correspondence.
  • Document production – creating, editing, amending long documents to include copy typing and re-formatting lengthy documents.
  • Photocopying, faxing and scanning of documents and correspondence.
  • Dictaphone typing

Requirements

  • 2 years in a previous legal secretary position is a must
  • Experience in organisation and distribution of client documentation in a professional manner.
  • Experience with Dictaphone typing with a minimum speed of 60wpm
  • Proficient Computer Skills, Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook.
  • Ability to work well under pressure whilst meeting deadlines.
  • Ability to communicate in a professional & friendly manner with people at all levels.
  • Good attention to detail and an ability to work both on their own initiative & as part of a team.
  • Strong knowledge in drafting of file document management, billing and digital dictation systems.
