This is a newly created role within our clients organisation to support growth to date and to facilitate future growth in a sustainable manner. Sitting on the senior leadership team you will have responsibility for all HR activities for the Group who are across a significant sites based in Ireland and the UK. With a small exsisting HR team you will establish a best-in-class HR function and formulate and deliver a HR service to support the business strategic objectives

Ideally you will have ;

  • A minimum of 8+ years of professional HR experience operating at senior level preferably in a high growth, changing environment
  • Experienced HR professional with strong experience across the full HR function
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with proven ability to negotiate and influence at all levels of the organisation
  • Strong coaching and mentoring skills with the ability to build relationships at senior level
  • Strong decision-making skills and comfortable working in a fast paced environment with changing priorities
  • Demonstrated employee relations management experience
  • Broad knowledge and experience in HR practices, policies, laws, and regulations
  • Proven success serving as a trusted advisor to senior level management
  • Experience designing and executing innovative programmes
