Group Accounting Policy and Consolidations Manager

Large, pan-European insurer is looking for an Accounting Policy and Consolidations Manager to join their Group Finance team here in Dublin.
You will take the lead in designing the financial reporting consolidations process, working with teams across the Group to develop reports that add high quality and meaningful analysis to the financial statements.
In addition to this, you will be responsible for designing and building the templates for IFRS 9 and IFRS 17 and embed these into the financial reporting and systems for the organisation.
As part of the role, you will provide support for merger and acquisition activity.
The role requires very strong accounting policy experience within an insurance environment and the successful candidate will need to demonstrate prior consolidations experience at Group level.
