Seeking a Financial Controller for a South Dublin based client
The role will have responsibility for the co-ordination, production and reporting of all Group accounting information to a high professional standard and will also be responsible for Group Treasury matters including banking, cash flow management and other treasury management matters.
Candidates must be qualified members of a recognised professional body of accountants with at least 7 years relevant post-qualification experience.
The successful candidate must demonstrate significant accounting, taxation, systems and management skills and expertise. A thorough, detailed knowledge of both IFRS and of other appropriate current professional accounting and audit standards is also required. Experience in treasury management and banking matters are also desirable.
As this is a key influencing role, excellent interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with internal and external parties are essential. Strong management and influencing skills are important. A demonstrable ability to manage a number of projects and tasks to tight timelines is also a requirement.
